Meet Nicole

I’m Nicole. I’m a workout enthusiast, traveler, Detroit advocate, Netflix lover, and co-dog parent with my husband, Andy. I’m the owner of L3o Management and Account Executive at Beyond Pricing, which is a revenue management software for vacation rental owners.

I stumbled into the short-term rental business a bit non-traditionally. I purchased and lived in the Country Chic Detroit House in 2015. In 2018, when I moved in with my now husband, we decided to list it on AirBNB to make extra money—it was my first home and I couldn’t bare to sell it. What turned into a small side business, has since turned into my passion and has grown! I now manage more than a dozen short-term rentals in Greater Detroit area.

I know what makes a guest feel warm and at home, and I use that when designing your listing! I love Ferndale, Royal Oak and Detroit and take true passion is making sure guests fall in love with this area too! #DetroitVsEverybody
